Payment, cancellation & complaints
PAYMENT
The prices stated on the product pages are to be understood as final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. In addition to the stated prices, we calculate the shipping costs for the delivery.
We offer the following payment options in our web shop:
Prepay by bank transfer
With the order you will receive our bank details, after the amount is on our account the order will be processed.
credit cards
AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD and VISA.
direct transfer
We offer various options for direct transfers, and you will be automatically connected to your online banking. You can choose between BANCONTACT, GIROPAY, IDEAL and SOFORT Banking from Klarna.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within fourteen days of receipt of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Daniel Belezanski, Thalhamerstraße 29a, 4073 Wilhering, Austria, info@curasana-shop.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement by email. You can use the attached model cancellation form for this, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke your purchase contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

CLAIM
If the goods you have received from us have quality defects, please send us the following information to info@curasana-shop.at and we will take care of processing your request as quickly as possible.
Necessary information for your complaint mail:

- order number and/or place of purchase,
- reason for complaint,
- product name,
- Crowd
- and if available gladly Pictures enclose with the goods complained about.
