Uses: There are several ways to incorporate sea moss into your daily diet.
We prefer to prepare a gel and take 1 tablespoon every morning.
This is how you prepare the gel:
Rinse a handful of sea moss well and place it in a container with enough water to cover it and allow it to soak for at least 4 hours.
You can also add a squeeze of lime juice while soaking to neutralize the sea moss flavor.
Remove the sea moss from the water and place it in a blender with just enough water to cover the sea moss and blend until a smooth paste forms.
Your sea moss is now ready to use in your smoothies, tea, desserts and sauces.
Store refrigerated in a clean glass jar for up to 3 weeks.
